- Select the material — We can accommodate all resilient flooring materials including, but not limited to vinyl, quartz, linoleum, rubber tile, laminate and others. Our equipment can accommodate all forms of material: rolls, individual tiles, or sheeting.
- Design — Our design team has the ability to work with you from project conception to create a piece of floor art that will work for you for years to come. We are fully AutoCAD compatible and can work directly from architect drawings or renderings. Basis considerations that need to be taken are the room dimensions, the inlay size and the material size. Once the full floor design is programmed into our cutting system we will have a detailed paper proof sent to the client for approval. We will also include an estimated material list with color breakdowns. Considering that design is the heart of the project, it is advantageous to allow our team to begin the design stage early to avoid production delays.
- Production — Upon approval and the receipt of the material we can begin the intricate cutting process. We can accommodate most production jobs within 2 weeks of design approval and receipt of material.
