Waterjet Cutting
Waterjet cutting technology is capable of cutting most ferrous and nonferrous materials up to 2" thick with an intricacy of .007". We can convert DXF files directly into the cutting system to cut parts, panels, gears, inlays and other products. Our 12 years of cutting experience has given us unsurpassed expertise with this technology.
Engraving
Our standard rotary engraving capabilities include industrial charts, diagrams and other intricate designs. We can download AutoCAD drawings from engineering files for direct engraving. Rotary Engraving capability is up to 24" x 48". Our laser engraving capability is 48" x 96". This precess is most commonly used for engraving plastics available in a wide variety of colors and textures.
Sand Etching
Oxide etching produces light depth penetration into the substrate and allows for paint filling for easy readability. Our capabilities include etching up to 4 x 8 feet. This capability is most commonly used for stainless, aluminum, brass, ceramic, glass and stone products.

Metal Etching
For Customers needing signs and identification products in harsh environments, Our metal etching services includes services such as laser etched stainless, engraved aluminum and brass. Permanently marking materials that will stand up to the test of the exterior elements will allow the ultimate in safety and identification. Our capabilities include laser etched metals up to 48" x 96".
Laser Marking
Our state of the art YAG laser engraving technology will intricately and permanently mark products by using an intense beam of light and etching into the surface. This versatile marking process coupled with 15 years of laser experience allows plastics, powder coated and anodized surfaces.
Metal-Photo
Metal-Photo identification plates are produced from high performance anodized, photosensitized aluminum. Identification Plates made of metal photo include an impervious, clear anodic surface on silver aluminum plate that offers the highest graphic resolution capability of any substrate. Metal-Photo provides maximum resistance to sunlight, heat, abrasions and chemicals.
Great for exterior use including charts, plates, placards, badges and production identification at a maximum size of 12" x 20".
